Custom items are non-refundable. It is of utmost importance that you verify the spelling of the names and finishes that you choose. We can not allow the cancellation or return of a custom items, as all items are made to order.

Non-Customized Item(s) and Stock Items are subject to a 20% cancellation or return fee, but is solely at the discretion of Lakeshore Metal Decor.

1. Damaged Sign: If you receive a damaged sign, you may request a replacement free of charge within 14 days of receiving the item. Please contact us immediately with photographs of the damaged sign to initiate the refund or replacement process.

2. Incorrect Customization: Custom items are non-refundable. It is of utmost importance that you verify the spelling of the names and finishes that you choose. We can not allow the cancellation or return of a custom items, as all items are made to order.

3. Personalized Sign Dislikes: As our signs are highly personalized and made to order, we cannot offer refunds or replacements based on personal preferences or if you simply do not like the way the sign turned out. We encourage you to carefully review your customization details before placing an order to ensure accuracy and satisfaction.
