Shipping policy

Order processing times

Our orders are processed within 3-5 business days. During seasonal times the Black Friday and Christmas, orders processing can take up to 5 business days. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order.

Shipping times

We ship from our warehouse located in the United States. We currently ship to the United States.

• Orders shipping within the United States will arrive within 10-14 business days.
• Made to order items can take up to 3 weeks.

Local pickup

We currently offer free pickup at our retail location in Idaho Falls. At checkout, select the pickup option and make your purchase. After you receive your order confirmation, you will receive a second email stating that we are preparing your order. Pickup orders are generally ready for pickup within 5-7 days. If you have placed your order after business hours, or within 3 hours of the location closing, your order will be prepared the following day.

When your order is ready for pickup, you will receive an email stating that you may visit our retail location with the business address and hours. Please bring a piece of valid identification and order confirmation email to the store.
